Emergency Service
We are one of the few small animal hospitals in the Franklin area whose Doctors are on-call for after hour emergencies, Monday through Friday. This after hour service is reserved for emergency medical questions as well as emergency situations in which care may be required.
If you feel as though you have a pertinent medical situation or question arise after standard business hours, simply call our main number at (615) 261-7500.
Our answering service will screen your call, take down your information and then page whichever Doctor is on-call for that evening. A return call can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to be received. Please call our answering service again if you have not received a return call within a reasonable time frame.
On-call Hours: Monday-Friday from office closing until 10 pm.
Our Doctors are on-call most Holidays except Christmas, December 25th and 26th.
