Our Hours
Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm. Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm. Closed Sundays.
Doctor's Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm. Saturdays 7:30am – 12:30 pm.
Emergency Hours: If you feel as though you have a pertinent medical situation or question arise after standard business hours, simply call our main number at (615) 261-7500. Our answering service will screen your call, take down your information and then page whichever Doctor is on-call for that evening. A return call can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to be received. Please call our answering service again if you have not received a return call within a reasonable time frame.
On-call Hours: Monday-Friday from office closing until 10 pm.
s Every other Saturday from office closing until 10 pm.
Our Doctors are not on-call on Sundays. In case of a Sunday emergency please call Pet Emergency Treatment Service in Cool Springs @ (615) 333-1212 or Nashville Emergency Pet Emergency Clinic @ (615) 383-2600.
Our Doctors are on-call all Holidays except Christmas Day, December 25th.
