Doctors & Staff Receptionists
Ashley is our wonderful, cheerful Client Services Manager who has been a crucial part of our reception staff since 2002. If you have ever met Ashley behind our reception desk, you can rest assured that she will surely never forget you or your pet! Ashley works hard to give all of our clients the personal attention they need in order to better the healthcare of their pets. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Neely as well as shopping, attending college, listening to music and hanging out with her friends and family.
Caryl joined our team in November 2007. Caryl is certified basic obedience trainer and has a strong love of all animals. Caryl’s friendly and upbeat personality along with her big smile helps to make everyday a little brighter here at Battleground! In her spare time, Caryl enjoys reading, spending time in the great outdoors kayaking and camping as well as spending time with her family, friends and many pets!

Holly joined our team in July 2007 after relocating to Franklin from Virginia where she worked at a highly respected pet resort. Holly graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. in communication. Holly always has a big smile and laugh to greet our clients with and she seems to be making a smooth transition into the world of Veterinary medicine! We are happy to have her as part of our team. In her spare time Holly enjoys coaching volleyball, spending time with her dog Tonka and her turtle Bob.

Amanda joined our Hospital in August 2008. She has a long and experienced career working in the Veterinary field and is always a pleasure to be around. Amanda has a ten year old cat, named Sienna but has owned everything from geckos to ferrets! After recently giving birth to two beautiful twin boys, her work schedule has been reduced and you will mostly see her on the weekends. We can only imagine how busy the boys are keeping her!
